A personal representation service for executives in transition
The Syntegrus Leadership Representation program — which is tailored to individual career needs and goals — is designed for C-suite and board directors who are in transition. By hiring Syntegrus to act as their sole representative, clients can expect to find an executive or board position of their choosing, far quicker than by the traditional executive search route. We also help negotiate offers of employment as they arise and work closely with the client to ensure the preferred opportunity comes to fruition.
The program comprises two phases: Planning and Marketing.
Planning
In this phase, we prepare the client to go to market by defining—in very clear terms—their personal brand and value proposition (relative to the current market) whilst designing a high impact job search strategy. Clients are also coached on handling complex interview scenarios to ensure they clear hurdles and recognise positive ‘signals’ as they arise.
Marketing
After planning comes the marketing phase. Syntegrus assumes complete responsibility for scanning the market to identify the best opportunities, short-listing appropriate companies and arranging interviews. This phase involves very little input from the client.
